What's the difference between an original and a print?
ORIGINALS
Originals are one of a kind, It's where it all starts. An original painting may be done in oil, acrylic, or watercolor paint. These may be on canvas or on very high quality, sealed paper, framed or unframed. An original painting will literally have the texture created by the brush strokes, if any, when rendered in oil or acrylic. I also use pastels, which is technically pigment and binder - but resembles chalk, for some of my more traditional landscapes.
PRINTS
Prints are created by taking a very high resolution photograph. A fine art commercial printing company then sizes it in a variety of sizes, ranging from 5 inches to several feet. These may be ordered printed on a high grade archival watercolor paper or matte canvas, and be framed, matted or just the print. Prints are customizable and affordable, and a great way to begin an art collection.
LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
These are also archival quality prints, but there are only a small number of them available. Each is personally hand-signed and numbered by me, and sometimes can include special personalization options. These may also include the addition of paint on parts of the print, making them truly one-of-a-kind. They are created by printing a very high-res photo of the original with archival printers, inks and papers.

For US territories outside of the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands), please expect a few extra business days for shipping.
Note: Orders placed after 10 AM EST will go into production the next business day. Please allow 1 additional day if your order placement, production date range or delivery date range falls on one of these holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping price is calculated based on weight coefficient of each item.
FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS
Shipping times range from 5-15 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.
Shipping fees for originals sent within the 48 contiguous states is included in the purchase price. If returned for any reason, shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping for these items will be based on weight and overall size:

When will I receive my order?
We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most frame orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 business days. Canvas orders are usually produced in 3-4 days, arriving in 5-6 business days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.
Can I ship to CANADA / INTERNATIONAL / APO / FPO addresses?
Yes. But additional charges will apply. Please email me for additional fee quote. Items will be shipped USPS Priority International or FedEx, per request.
What is your Policy on Returns / Exchanges / Refunds on prints or merchandise (excludes originals and limited editions)?
We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues on prints and merchandise (this excluded originals and limited editions). We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact us. There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged. Shipping fees are not refunded.
Can I cancel my print order?
Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. This applies to printes and limited editions. Originals may be cancelled within 24 hours or order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
